abstract, non-representational triptych in acrylic on canvas in aqua, red, tan and orange by Leslie J. Dulin.
Red Clay Triptych
acrylic on three 12x12 canvases

Where some may call it adobe, in our area it is just plain red clay. Although there is none on our property, I cannot forget the Tide commercial about the staining power of "Georgia red clay", spoken with a decidedly backwoods accent. Red Clay is also a Native American site nearby. The Red Clay Triptych was painted with brushes (horrors!) and painting knives.
